New pictures

I've been so busy lately I haven't had time to post anything!! We are finally getting the routine down and the kids are really doing great!! A few weeks ago our theme was "All about Me." Check out this super cute art project the kids completed! 

I just love this one because of the hair :)

Last week we talked about health and nutrition and the kids made these awesome apple trees.

This week we are talking about self-help skills. Today I had the kids practice zipping up their jackets, and tomorrow we are going to work on buttons, and then later this week we will try to work on tying our shoes! Monday we talked about helping out at home and how we can set the table. The kids made their own place settings, they turned out better than I expected!

This first picture was done by a child new to our pre-k class this year (he just turned 4.)

This next picture was done by a child who was already in pre-k last year, but didn't make the cut-off for kindergarten this year. (She will turn 5 soon.)
